    As someone who has grown up with authentic Thai cooking, our Thai noodle dishes are especially close to my heart. From the rich and fragrant Khao Soi to our comforting Thai-inspired specials, every bowl is crafted with the flavours I know and love — fresh herbs, bold spices, and a perfect balance of heat and richness. But it doesn’t stop there. Our menu brings together some of the best noodle dishes from across South East Asia. From comforting Japanese ramen to fragrant Vietnamese phở, each dish is prepared with real passion and the same commitment to authentic flavour. Whether you’re craving something bold, spicy, light, or deeply comforting, I’m incredibly proud to share these dishes with our community.
